Printing & Production Turnaround Times
We know how important it is to receive your signs promptly. That’s why we offer some of the fastest turnaround times in the business. Here’s what you can count on:
Stock Products:
- Orders ship within 24 business hours after processing.
- Stock items ordered before 1 PM EST will ship the next business day (excluding weekends).
- If any stock items are back-ordered, they’ll be shipped separately once available.
- Stock products ordered with custom items will ship together when the custom products are ready.
Custom Products:
- Most custom printed orders ship within 3 business days or less after final order approval and payment (if applicable).
- During peak season (March–June), allow a few extra business days for processing.
- Designs are approved through our online tool or directly with our skilled in-house design team.
Note: If your cart includes products with both 24-hour and 3-day shipping, all items will ship together within 3 business days.
On-Time Guarantee:
If we’re late shipping any portion of your order, we’ll deduct 5% from the affected portion as a gesture of goodwill.

- Carrier: Most orders ship via FedEx Ground (small packages) or FedEx Freight for heavier shipments (450 lbs+).

- FedEx charges extra for residential deliveries. For lower shipping costs, we recommend shipping to a business address.
