We accept returns and refunds only for unused stock items, such as frames and standard riders. Customized or printed products are non-returnable. To qualify for a refund, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original shipment date, and the item must be returned in "like new" condition.
Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping and handling fees. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and any loss or damage during return shipping will be at the customer’s risk. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once the returned items are received, inspected, and restocked, any applicable refund or credit will be processed promptly.
